ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

This page outlines the terms applicable to orders placed through art.dianaroca.com, including original artworks, limited editions, digital works, and commissioned pieces.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms, together with our Terms of Use, Legal Notice, and Collector FAQ.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your request or purchase.
An order is considered accepted only after:
– Payment has been successfully processed, and
– Confirmation has been issued by us via email.
For commissioned works, acceptance occurs after written confirmation of scope and terms.

ORIGINAL ARTWORKS & LIMITED EDITIONS

Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of artworks:
All sales of original artworks are final.
– Limited editions may be eligible for cancellation only prior to dispatch.
Each artwork is individually prepared and documented. Once an artwork has entered the preparation or shipping phase, it cannot be cancelled.

COMMISSIONS & CUSTOM WORKS

Commissions are created specifically for the collector.
For this reason:
Commissioned works are non-refundable once work has begun.
– A cancellation request submitted before the start of execution may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Any agreed milestones, deposits, or custom terms are outlined separately in writing.

DIGITAL WORKS & LICENSED CONTENT

Digital artworks, licenses, and downloadable content are non-refundable once access has been granted or files delivered.
This includes, but is not limited to:
– Digital art files
– Licensed illustrations
– Digital editions or archives

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing on Contact Page Form.
Cancellations may be accepted only if:
– The artwork has not entered production, preparation, or dispatch
– The work is not a commission or digital product
Approved cancellations may be subject to administrative or transaction fees.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted only in the exceptional case where:
The artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, and
The damage is reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence.
Returned artworks must:
– Be unused and unaltered
– Be returned in original packaging
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

If a refund is approved:
– Refunds are issued to the original payment method
– Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider
Shipping fees, customs duties, and transaction fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are generally not offered due to the unique nature of the works.
In rare circumstances, an exchange may be considered at our discretion and subject to availability.

APPLICABLE LAW

All orders, cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by the laws and jurisdiction outlined in our Legal Notice & Framework and Terms of Use.
