Provenance and Authenticity
Every artwork created in my atelier is an original expression, conceived and realized through a slow, intentional process.
This page exists to honor clarity, trust, and the long life of each piece beyond my studio walls.
Originality
All artworks presented on this website are original works created by me, Diana Roca.
Each painting is developed through hand-applied techniques using professional-grade materials, guided by intuition, observation, and years of artistic practice. No original work is replicated, traced, or mechanically reproduced.
Limited editions, when offered, are clearly identified as such and are produced in strictly controlled quantities.
Certificate of Authenticity
Every original artwork is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, issued directly from my atelier.
This certificate includes:
Artist name and signature
Artwork title
Year of creation
Medium and materials
Dimensions
Edition number (if applicable)
The certificate confirms the artwork’s origin and serves as a permanent record of authorship.
Signature & Identification
Each original work is signed by me, either on the front or the reverse of the artwork, depending on the composition and medium.
The signature is an integral part of the piece and corresponds to the information recorded on the Certificate of Authenticity.
Materials & Longevity
I work with carefully selected, professional-grade materials to ensure durability and longevity:
High-quality acrylic paints (including custom metallic and gold tones)
Archival surfaces and supports
Protective varnishes designed to preserve color depth and surface integrity
Proper care and display will allow each artwork to age gracefully over time.

Editions & Reproduction
Unless otherwise stated, all works are unique originals.
When editions are created:
The edition size is fixed and never extended
Each piece is individually signed and numbered
No additional copies are produced beyond the declared edition
Reproduction, licensing, or commercial use of any artwork is not permitted without prior written consent.
Digital & AI-Assisted Works
My practice includes both traditional and digital exploration.
When digital tools or AI-assisted processes are used, they function as conceptual, compositional, or experimental instruments, similar to sketching or visual research. They do not replace authorship, intention, or artistic direction.
All final artworks—whether physical or digital—remain guided, curated, and authored by me. Any work involving digital or AI-assisted processes is clearly identified as such.

The provenance of each artwork is documented through:

This ensures traceability and transparency for collectors, galleries, and future custodians.
